Huntley Police Blotter: Teen Charged with DUI

Police release reports from Feb. 27 to March 4.

An 18-year-old Lake in the Hills man is facing a driving under the influence of alcohol charge, Huntley police said.

William W. McFall, of 4530 Barharbor, also was cited with driving with no headlights, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no driver’s license on person on March 1, according to reports.

McFall posted bond and was released with a McHenry County Court date of March 23.

In the same incident, a 16-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis, police said. He was released to his father and was to be petitioned into McHenry County juvenile court.

A 17-year-old Huntley juvenile faces a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor at , 13719 Harmony Road, police said. The juvenile was arrested Feb. 27 and released into his father’s custody with an April 9 court date in McHenry County.

Several residential burglaries were reported last week. Police said one report was taken in the 12400 block of Black Oak Trail on Feb. 27. No further details were released. Another report was taken in the 12100 block of Plum Grove Road on Feb. 29, reports stated.

A 14-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was arrested on a charge of theft at , 13719 Harmony Road, on Feb. 29, police said. He was released to his mother and was to be petitioned into McHenry County juvenile court.

Someone stole a UPS delivery of medication from the front porch of a home along the 12300 block of Russet Lane on March 1, police said.

A theft report was taken in the 12300 block of Black Oak on March 3, police reports stated. The homeowner told police that several pieces of jewelry were stolen.

Raymond J. Magnus, 46, of 5332 Briarfield Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on March 4, police said. He also was cited with operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane use, and transportation of open alcohol, according to reports.

Magnus also was wanted on an outstanding McHenry County warrant for violation of bail bond, police said. He posted bond and was released with a McHenry County courts date of March 23 and April 5.
