Huntley Police Reports: Dec. 12-18, 2011

December 12, 2011
Jemell R. Kent, 19, of the 600 block of Leah Lane in Woodstock was arrested for driving while license suspended, and was cited for driving with no seat belt, and speeding. Kent posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of January 13, 2012.
A resident of the 10600 block of Charles Street in Huntley reported criminal damage to an outside light fixture at the property.
December 13, 2011
Lake in the Hills resident Patrick P. Sullivan, 18, of the 2100 block of Clairmont Drive, was arrested at the high school for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. He posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of January 27, 2012.

A resident of the 12700 block of Cold Springs Drive reported a burglary attempt after discovering pry marks on the front door of the residence.
December 16, 2011
Huntley residents Mohammad M. Islam, 49, and Melissa D. Islam, 21, of the 10900 block of Sawgrass Lane were each charged with one count of domestic battery. Both were transported to McHenry County jail to await bond call.

Jason B. Sirt, 22, of the 11600 block of Daniel Lane in Huntley, was arrested for three counts of theft. He posted bond and was released with McHenry County court dates of
January 13, and February 3, 2012.

A resident of the 10800 block of Cape Cod Lane reported damage to Christmas lights at the property.
