Huntley Sports: Boys Swimming, Wrestling Results

The Huntley High School Athletics Booster Club reports scores and highlights from all Red Raiders sports teams on its website.

The site reports Huntley High's boys varsity swimming team took second place in a field of nine teams at the Auburn Relays on Saturday, Jan. 9. Huntley earned a score of 89, the site said.

Also on Saturday, the Huntley boys varsity wrestling team seized second place at the Wauconda Tournament. Five other teams competed in the match. Huntley wrestlers finished with 271 points, just 10 behind the winning team, Wauconda.

Zach Stenger, first place at 106 pounds.

Ricky Vigil, second place at 113 pounds.

Jacob O’Neal, second place at 120 pounds.

John Walker, first place at 138 pounds.

Austin Schofield, second place at 152 pounds.

Josh Symbol, first place at 182 pounds.

Chase Burkhart fourth place at 285 pounds.
