Traffic Alert: Route 47 Lane Closures

Illinois Department of Transportation is doing work along the Route 47 this week that will cause some lane closures throughout the project, officials said.

Work will also be done on East Main Street on Wednesday, May 9 so expect delays, IDOT officials said.

Officials ask drivers to be courteous to workers and watch for construction vehicles.
