Monday: The Athlete of the Week will be announced from Huntley, Jacobs and Dundee-Crown with nominations coming from each school’s coaches and athletic directors.
Tuesday: A Notebook focused on this week’s key games and matchups along with a look at this week’s football games will be featured and other big games in the other fall sports.
Wednesday: Gimme 5 with….. I will talk with a local athlete or coach and ask them five questions about their sport and other related items.

Thursday: We debut a new segment called Glory Days as I will speak with an alumni of Huntley, Jacobs or Dundee-Crown about their time in high school and what they are up to today. This week, I speak with 1984 Dundee-Crown graduate Sue Ellett, who is now the girls’ golf coach at Hampshire about her times in the state tournament for golf and basketball during the 83-84 season.

Saturday: I will take a look at what went on during Week 3 of the high school football season and break down what needs to happen before Week 4 gets underway.
