Condo Building Planned at Hyde Park Blvd. and Dorchester
Luxury condos could replace current parking lot.
CHICAGO, IL - A four-story residential building with 19 luxury condominiums is planned at the Northeast corner of Hyde Park Boulevard and Dorchester Avenue, according to the Hyde Park Herald.
The site is currently a 55-space parking lot.
The development is planned by the Ranquist Development Group and designed by Northworks Architects + Planners. It’s described as a “boutique building” that will hold two- three and four bedroom units.
