Rōti to Open New Location in Hyde Park

HYDE PARK, IL — Rōti Modern Mediterranean announced today that they're opening a new location in Hyde Park before the end of the year.

The restaurant will be located at 1526 E. 53rd St. It'll be Rōti's seventh location in Chicago, with a sixth location opening at 200 N. Michigan Ave. also this year.

"We’re so excited to bring Rōti Modern Mediterranean to Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood and the vibrant University of Chicago campus,” said Carl Segal, CEO of the Chicago-based chain, according to DNA Info. “Like all of our new locations moving forward, our Hyde Park restaurant will feature an updated, more modern look and new menu offerings, including beer and wine.”

Rōti specializes in healthy Mediterranean fare, rich in vegetables, olive oil, wholesome grains, and lean protein.
