The 3^rd Annual “Swing Into Giving” Gift of Hope Community Foundation Charity Golf Outing takes place on July 24 at Seven Bridges Golf Club in Woodridge, Illinois.

The Gift of Hope Community Foundation is the charitable branch of Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network. Generous contributions to the Foundation help Gift of Hope educate the public about life-giving organ and tissue donation as well as advance transplantation research to improve transplant patient outcomes and one day eliminate deaths on the transplant waiting list. By funding programs that support donor families and foster education and research, the Foundation not only helps save lives, but also honors the generosity of donors and increases community understanding of organ donation and registry.
