1 Dead, 4 Injured In Crest Hill Shooting: Killer Flees Area

Sunday's shooting happened shortly before midnight outside Forza Table & Tap, 1827 Knapp Drive.

CREST HILL, IL — One person died, and four more people were injured during a Sunday night shooting that happened in Crest Hill at a business strip mall along Knapp Drive and Weber Road, the Crest Hill Police Department announced.

Crest Hill police were called to 1827 Knapp Drive —which is FORZA Table & Tap — at 11:45 p.m. because people were loitering in the parking lot. While police were there, a gunman opened fire, killing one person and leaving four others injured, Crest Hill police said.

The gunman got away and remains at large.
