$100K Bail In Fenton's Motel Domestic Violence Case
Joliet Police took Charles Galloway into custody during the early morning hours of Nov. 7.
JOLIET, IL — The Will County State's Attorney's Office has charged 42-year-old Joliet resident Charles Galloway with aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery and domestic battery in connection with a recent disturbance in the Fenton's Motel parking lot.
Joliet Police took Galloway, of the 500 block of Morgan Street apartment units, into custody during the early morning hours of Nov. 7, jail logs show. A Will County judge ordered Galloway to remain in Will County's Jail on a $100,000 bail.
Galloway struck the victim, who was a member of his household or a family member, "about the head" on multiple instances in the Fenton's Motel parking lot along Jefferson Street, the criminal complaint states.

As of Nov. 17, Galloway was unable to come up with 10 percent of his $100,000 bail.
In the event he is freed, a judge has ordered Galloway to get a GPS monitoring device within 24 hours of his release. The Joliet man must also stay away from the victim, court documents note.
