2 Men Attacked On Illinois Street, 3 Felony Charges Filed
Joliet officers arrested 27-year-old Aliazar Blunt on charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault and domestic battery.

JOLIET, IL — A 27-year-old Joliet man was arrested late Monday night on three felony charges following a domestic violence call in the 100 block of Illinois Street. Joliet police brought Aliazar Blunt to the Will County Jail where he's being charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and domestic battery.
The incident happened around 11:40 p.m.
Joliet police say Blunt and a woman were involved in a disturbance earlier Monday and the victim went to the house on Illinois Street to get away from Blunt.

However, "Blunt repeatedly sent messages to the victim that he was looking for her and was going to come to the Illinois Street address," police spokesman Dwayne English indicated.
Late Monday night, Blunt showed up at the house on Illinois Street and began attacking two men who were there, according to police. When the woman Blunt knew intervened, he shoved her away, police reports show.
