Car Rammed By Guy Wielding Pipe At Dollar Tree Facility: Cops
The dust up occurred at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Joliet.

JOLIET, IL - A man who lives in Steger was arrested Wednesday evening outside the Dollar Tree Distribution Center after Joliet Police Department officials say John Cisneros used a steel pipe to bash another man's head and then he used his car to ram into the man's car. The incident occurred around 8:50 p.m. and resulted in the 40-year-old Steger man being taken to the Will County Adult Detention Facility on charges of aggravated battery, domestic battery, reckless conduct and reckless driving.
According to Joliet Police, officers were called to the 300 block of Dollar Tree Lane for a parking lot disturbance. The caller notified dispatchers that one man was hitting another man with a steel pipe. When the squad cars arrived, officers saw Cisneros taking out his aggression on another man, reports indicate.
The officers got out of their cars and pulled the two men apart, "Cisneros continued to attempt to go after the victim," police said.

Finally, the officers put Cisneros in handcuffs and they began to question the other man. The victim told the officers "he was in his vehicle in the parking lot when Cisneros began to hit his windows with a steel pipe. The victim stated he tried to leave by driving away from Cisneros, when Cisneros got into his vehicle and rammed his car into the victim’s vehicle," reports show.
At that point, the frightened man decided to get out of his car, "at which time Cisneros began striking him in the head with the steel pipe. The victim stated that he tried to defend himself and observed Cisneros then push and strike a second victim, which was Cisneros’s wife," the police said.

At the scene, police spoke with Cisneros' wife, and she told them how she tried to be a peacemaker and break up the altercation between her husband and the other man "but Cisneros kept grabbing her and throwing her to the ground," the police said.
There were other witnesses at the scene who corroborated both of the statements given to police by the two victims, reports show.
As for Cisneros, he was slated to appear before a Will County judge on Thursday afternoon to have his bail set.
Jail logs indicate the Steger man's bail was set at $5,000.
On Thursday night, after spending more than 24 hours in jail, he came up with $500 to get out of jail.
