25-Year-Old Killed In Crash On I-55 Involving Motorcycle, Semi: Authorities

BRAIDWOOD, IL — A man died Saturday in connection with an interstate crash involving a motorcycle and a semitrailer, according to authorities.

Fernando Rodriguez, 25, of Normal, was pronounced dead shortly after noon at St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, authorities said. His death was the result of a motorcycle and semitrailer crash on northbound Interstate 55 at mile marker 233 in Braidwood, according to the Will County Coroner’s Office.
