7-Eleven On Plainfield Road For Sale

CREST HILL, IL — The 7-Eleven property at the busy intersection of Plainfield Road and Larkin Avenue is now on the real estate market. A California real estate company is trying to find a buyer for the property at 1800 Plainfield Road. The business was built in 2013 and includes four fuel stations. The asking price for the Crest Hill property is $1.4 million.

"7-Eleven is considered the premier tenant in the net-lease industry with nearly 70,000 locations, more than McDonald’s and Starbucks combined," according to Matthews Real Estate Investment Services.
