92-Year-old Dad of Alleged Child Porn Guy Came Home From Mexico to 'Find All the Doors Broken'
The police raided the Joliet man's house and arrested his two sons in May.

A 92-year-old man returned from Mexico to find the doors of his Joliet home broken down and one of his sons jailed on child pornography charges, according to a petition filed in Will County court.
Bernardo Moreno filed the petition to obtain a protective court order against his son Eriberto Moreno, 33. Eriberto Moreno was arrested on child pornography charges and his brother Daniel Moreno, 22, was taken into custody on pot charges after the cops raided their South Briggs Street home on May 5.
After the police raid, the house apparently sat empty and with its doors open for almost the entire month, as it was not until the “end of May” when Bernardo Moreno “came home from Mexico to find all the doors broken in the house,” his petition said.

“I fear for my life when he is at home,” Bernardo Moreno said. “He will yell, call me names, and I am afraid because he is a very violent person.”
For Eriberto Moreno to get out of jail and return home he will have to post 10 percent of a $250,000 bond for his child pornography case and 10 percent of a $175,000 bond for an unrelated aggravated domestic battery case.
