Lawsuit From 3 People Names City of Joliet, Powerhouse And Hillwood (patch.com) — Joliet residents are challenging the massive Joliet Technology Center data center project near the NASCAR track, arguing the city failed to follow required procedures for such a large land-use decision. The case could significantly impact Joliet’s long-touted data center plans and related jobs.

Prosecutors argued he repeatedly ignored court orders and used cameras to monitor the woman’s property, while the judge imposed electronic monitoring and strict stay-away conditions. The long-running dispute continues to affect a Joliet neighborhood.
