Arrest At CVS Pharmacy On Caton Farm Road As Defiant Teenager Refuses To Leave Their Store: Joliet Police

A Bolingbrook resident, 19-year-old Alexander Forest refused to leave and began walking further into the store, Joliet police revealed.

JOLIET, IL — It does not happen very often, but the Joliet police force made an arrest at the CVS Pharmacy along Caton Farm Road and Essington Road.

According to police spokesman Dwayne English, at 6:26 p.m. last Sunday, the officers responded to the CVS at 3200 Caton Farm Road for a man who was refusing to leave the store after
being asked to do so by employees.

Upon arrival, Officers located a man, later identified as Alexander Forest, 19, of Bolingbrook, inside the store and advised him that store employees wanted him to leave the property. Forest refused to leave and began walking further into the store.

"As an officer attempted to stop Forest, he allegedly threatened to physically harm the officer, clenched his fist, and approached the officer in an aggressive manner. Forest was taken into custody without further incident," English announced.

Forest was charged with aggravated assault to a peace officer and criminal trespass. He was processed and released on a Notice to Appear in court.
