Oliver W. Norris
Age 81. He was known as O. W. or Ollie ascended to heaven November 21, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Naomi; his six children Daryl, Karen (Sam), Sharon, Donna, Mark, and Vince, numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his devoted uncle, S. L. Gorden, and a host of relatives and friends.
Oliver was a veteran of the Korean War. Also, he retired after 40 years of employment at Caterpillar Tractor Company. He was a member of Mount Zion M.B. Church.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 29, 2012 from 4 to 6PM at the funeral home and Friday, November 30, 2012 10:00-11:00 AM at Mount Zion M.B. Church, 402 Singleton Place, Joliet, IL. Service at 11:00 AM, Pastor David G. Latimore, officiating. Interment immediately following at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood.
