Joliet Man Arrested Again In Middle Of The Night: Police
At 1 a.m., Joliet police were sent to the Joliet Housing Authority property in the 400 block of Bluff Street for a disturbance.

JOLIET, IL —Three weeks after Joliet Patch reported on the felony arrests of brothers Kenneth Love and Thomas Love, 34-year-old Kenneth Love was arrested again during the middle of the night, in connection with another incident at the Joliet Housing Authority property in the 400 block of Bluff Street.
This time, Kenneth Love wasn't brought to the Will County Jail for booking, he was given an I-bond to appear in court on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to state supported property. Most recently, the 34-year-old Richards Street resident was incarcerated from April 11 to 16.
The following events led to Love's latest arrest by Joliet police, according to department spokesman Dwayne English:

- Around 1 a.m. on Tuesday, May 2, overnight patrol units were sent to the Joliet Housing Authority property in the 400 block of Bluff for a disturbance.
- Love was outside a housing authority unit with a rock in his hand and banging on an apartment unit door.
- A tenant exited their unit with a stick in their hand, and Love fled from the area.
- A short time later, Love called Joliet police to report he was threatened by someone with a stick.
- Officers responded to Love’s location in the 300 block of North Ottawa Street and put Love into custody without incident.
- It is unknown why Love was at the Bluff Street address, English noted.
On April 13, Joliet Patch published a crime story headlined: Love Brothers Shatter Windows, Victim Jumps Out Apartment: JPD. The victim in that case was rushed by ambulance to St. Joe's after jumping out a housing authority window to avoid the Love brothers, Joliet police said.
