Over 60 artists from around the state are part of this exciting exhibit, which is on both the second and third floors of the Gaylord Building.

Presenting the awards and a certificate of Recognition from the Illinois State Senate was Senator Pat McGuire. Best of Show was awarded to Kiet Pham from Bolingbrook. His work is entitled Interwoven.

“My work tends to focus on subjects and environments that are in the process of growth, decay, or stages of transition. These are periods of change in our life in which we acknowledge an end to something yet at the same time consider with fear, uncertainty, and excitement what is to come next - moments of epiphany that may be accompanied by melancholy or dread.”
