Beef Shack Opens On Jefferson Street
The highly anticipated fast-food beef sandwich shop is near Jefferson Street and Stryker Avenue.
JOLIET, IL - The word is out and people around Joliet are flocking to the hottest addition along West Jefferson Street. The award-winning Beef Shack restaurant opened on Tuesday. The new restaurant opened inside the former Taco Bell restaurant, which had been sitting vacant in recent years and had turned into an eyesore. But those days are over.
After several months of building renovations, the new place looks fantastic.
On Wednesday, the place was busy and the drive-thru window has been super busy, remarked general manager Charles Burch. He is very excited to open the first Beef Shack restaurant in Joliet.
