Devoted Member of Queen of Apostles Catholic Church & Retired from Bank Financial

Beverly J. Kozlowski

Passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025 at the age of 80 years.

Beloved mother of Aaron (Eileen) Kozlowski, Christopher (Dayle) Kozlowski, and Rebecca (Christopher) Kressner. Cherished grandmother of Aidan, Moira, Grania, and Samuel Kozlowski, Maximos, Veronica, and Paul Kressner. Loving sister of Marilyn (John) Cokley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Beverly was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 50 years, David R. Kozlowski, and two siblings Janice Lender and Roland Anderson.

Born June 22, 1944, in Chicago Heights to the late Roland and Helen Anderson, Beverly earned her undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University and her Master’s Degree in Education from Indiana University. She had a long and successful career, retiring from BankFinancial after more than 30 years of service.

A dedicated member of Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, Beverly enjoyed many hobbies, including gardening, sewing, baking, and playing bridge with her beloved bridge club.

Funeral services will be held from the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Rd., Friday, January 17th at 9:30 A.M. to Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, 18 Woodlawn Ave., at 10:00 A.M. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park, II. Memorials to Lightways Hospice (www.lightways.org) or CJD Foundation (www.cjdfoundation.org) will be appreciated.
