On Tuesday, Dimitroulas told Joliet Patch he's hoping to pack the ballroom with 300 people. The live music will feature The Carlo Isabelli Orchestra.
"He's a pretty good musician," Dimitroulas said.
The dinner menu for the black tie event will include: appetizer, salad, surf and turf: a 6 oz prime Filet Mignon with 8 oz lobster tail, plus asparagus and a double-baked potato, followed by dessert.

This marks the fourth major social event hosted by Arkas this year at the Joliet Renaissance Center. Dimitroulas said he's hoping The Black Tie Gala will be the best one, so far, especially with the quality of food featured on the dinner menu.
"Absolutely, quality food," Dimitroulas said. "A four-course meal with appetizers, filet mignon, surf and turf and dessert and all the wine and bar included. Food and drink is included in the package."
Dimitroulas also wanted people to know they can bring their families. It's an all-ages event; people must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.
"We're expecting this to be the biggest event of the year," Dimitroulas added.
