Bob Martin Auto For Sale: Is This The Right Price?

JOLIET, IL — Since summer, the pair of parking lots featuring cars and trucks at Bob Martin Auto Sales have been sitting empty. Nobody has been purchasing used vehicles at the corner of West Jefferson Street and Raynor Avenue because Bob Martin has not had any vehicles in stock to sell.

Last week, two large signs appeared on both of the asphalt parking lots. These were for sale signs. Bob Martin Auto Sales is now for sale. Peter Fleming and Michael Fleming of Marquette Properties are listed as the real estate brokers for 725 West Jefferson St.

According to the Marquette Properties website, the Bob Martin Auto Sales commercial building at 725 West Jefferson St. is priced to sell at $550,000. The vacant paved lot at the northwest corner of Jefferson and Raynor is available for $350,000.
