Burglary At Joliet's G&D Integrated Leads To Arrest
Joliet Police filed criminal charges against this man last week. Here's why.

JOLIET, IL - A 29-year-old Shorewood man who lives in the 21000 block of South River Road remains incarcerated inside the Will County Adult Detention Facility in connection with allegations that he stole more than $100,000 in thermostats and related accessories from the G & D Integrated company in Joliet. Nicholas Bain has remained locked up since his arrest by Joliet Police on April 29.
Bain was charged at the Will County Courthouse with one count of theft and one charge of burglary. He remains unable to post 10 percent of his bail, jail records indicate.
According to the criminal complaint, Bain is accused of knowingly obtaining unauthorized control over more than $100,000 worth of property at the G &D Integrated building, located at 3300 Corporate Drive, in Joliet.

The complaint states that the theft and burglaries occurred between Jan. 16 and April 27.
