Join us for a refreshing wellness session led by Danielle Bradel, CTRS. This event is for women impacted by the military - veterans, wives, sisters, and those serving in military-related professions who are ready to reconnect with themselves and celebrate their worth.
During the session, you will explore the Balance Through Change lesson from Steady Mind, Steady Body, reflecting on how change impacts our lives and learning practical strategies to adapt with resilience and confidence. Through guided exercises and reflection, participants will gain tools to support emotional balance and personal growth.
We will also spend time outdoors enjoying light, social activities. These activities encourage movement, relaxation, and connection while highlighting the calming and restorative benefits of being outside.
By combining reflection, conversation, and outdoor recreation, this session offers participants a supportive space to recharge, connect, and discover new ways to navigate life’s changes with balance.
