Thursday Nature Walk & Reflection Program

Join us for a peaceful outdoor experience that begins with a leisure walk—approximately 1.5 miles—through beautiful natural settings. Stroll with the group or walk at your own pace. After the walk, you're invited to enjoy optional quiet reflection, with time to journal, read, meditate, or simply unwind in nature.
