Switch to a career with a future and train to work in process operations technology. This one-hour, free information session at Joliet Junior College provides information about a career in process operations technology and just how quickly students can complete training.
You will also learn about a scholarship opportunity for process operations students. A limited number of $1,400 scholarships are available, thanks to funding from the Illinois Noncredit Workforce Training Initiative Grant. More information about the scholarship and a link to the application can be found on the JJC Non-Credit Career Training website. To improve their chances of receiving a scholarship, applicants are encouraged to attend the information session.
This program also qualifies for the Workforce Empowerment Initiative at JJC. Students who qualify for WEI can receive their training for free. Visit jjc.edu/wei for more information.
