He was supposed to be turning two. Instead, a week before his birthday, Declan Coyle's family got the diagnosis no parent ever wants to hear — Neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer. That was last December. Since then this little guy has been through surgery, treatment after treatment, and more hospital stays than any toddler should ever know, and he's still got a long fight ahead of him.
