Simply put, we are a giving circle. Once per quarter, we gather for one-hour to nominate, present and vote for a LOCAL non-profit to receive our collective gift. We each (members/teams) commit to write a $100 check. Multiply that by our membership and that equals BIG IMPACT -- LOCALLY!
100+ Women Who Care is perfect for you if:
- You want to help those in need, but cannot personally commit a lot of time or resources
- You want to increase the dollar impact of your own generous contribution by pooling it with others
- You want 100% of your donation to go directly to local charities
- And all you need to do is give $100 and one hour of your time four times a year
That’s it! No event planning, no committees, no raffle prize solicitation, no telemarketing, no volunteering – just a group of charity-minded women working together to give back to our own community. We give 100% to the charity. (All charities nominated must be located in, and serve, Will County and must have 501(c)(3) non-profit status.)
