Chicken Recall Issued Over 'Off Odor' Smell
Consumers are urged to throw away the product or return it to the store.

Tyson Foods has recalled more than 52,000 pounds of chicken due to what consumers are calling an “off odor” scent, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.
The recall is only for the 28 oz. bags of Tyson Anytizers Fully Cooked Buffalo Style Hot Wings. The bags will have a sell by date of Oct. 24, 2016 or Oct. 25, 2016 and a case code of 2975PBF0508-23/2985PBF0500-01. The chicken was sent out nationwide.
Tyson Foods issued the recall after it had received consumer complaints about the odor coming from the chicken, as well as mild illness from consumption

There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption, according to the FSIS. However, consumers are urged not to eat the wings and either throw them away or return them to where they were purchased.
