The City of Joliet would like to make visitors to the downtown area aware of street and parking lot closures taking place Wednesday, October 20 through Friday, October 22 due to onsite filming.

The Chicago Street parking lot, immediately across from the Rialto Square Theatre, will be closed to the public for film crews beginning Wednesday, October 20 through Friday, October 22. On Thursday, October 21 a portion of the Ottawa Street parking deck will be reserved for film crews but remain open for public parking.
On Thursday, October 21 the following streets will be closed to traffic for filming and film crews:

· North and south lanes of Chicago Street from Clinton to Van Buren.
· East and west lanes of Van Buren from Chicago to Scott.
· West lane of north-bound Scott from Clinton to Van Buren (the eastern, north-bound lanes will remain open)
· Southern lane of west-bound Clinton from Scott to Chicago (the northern, west-bound lanes will remain open)
Joliet Police will be on site for intermittent traffic control. Questions can be directed to the Joliet Police Department’s non-emergency line at 815-726-2491.
