To honor fallen Chicago Police Officer Ella French and Brooklyn IL Police Officer Brian Pierce Jr., Mayor Bob O’Dekirk will be lowering all City of Joliet flags to half-staff starting tomorrow, August 12th through Monday, August 16th.  He asks that the residents of Joliet join the City in honoring Officers French and Pierce.
