Courthouse Evacuation Leads To Felony Charge: WJOL
Joliet's news radio station broke the news Monday, revealing a Crest Hill man has been charged in the Will County Courthouse evacuation.

JOLIET, IL — A 32-year-old Crest Hill was arrested over the weekend in connection with Friday afternoon's ordeal at the Will County Courthouse that resulted in the building being evacuated for everyone's safety.
On Monday, Joliet's most listened to news radio station, 1340-AM WJOL, reported that Rickey Evans was arrested Saturday night on felony disorderly conduct charges. Evans lives in the 1800 block of the Arbor Lane apartment units.
According to WJOL, a 911 call got made on Friday afternoon and the caller declared how "everyone needs to be outside the Will County Courthouse by 3:30 p.m."

The radio station reported that when the dispatcher asked him why everyone needed to be evacuated, the man proclaimed, "we'll see."
A Will County judge has set bail at $150,000 for Evans and members of the Will County Sheriff's Office made the arrest. As of Monday night, he remained in custody, unable to post the necessary 10 percent to regain his freedom.
