Dollar Tree Near Louis Mall Hit With Negligence Lawsuit

JOLIET, IL - A woman who visited the Dollar Tree Stores Inc. near the Louis Joliet Mall has retained downtown Joliet personal injury lawyer Adam Zayed to bring a personal injury negligence lawsuit against the multi-million dollar company. The lawsuit states that Jessica Jasso visited the Dollar Tree store on April 12, 2017 and while she was inside, "a certain liquid substance existed on the aisle floor of defendant's premises."

The lawsuit alleges that "Plaintiff Jasso, while walking down the aforesaid aisle, was caused to slip and fall on the aforementioned liquid substance."

Attorney Adam Zayed informed Will County judicial system that "defendant Dollar Tree by and through its agents, apparent agents and or employees, knew and or should have known of both the existence of the unreasonably dangerous condition and the risk it presented to persons lawfully upon defendant's premises including plaintiff Jasso."
