Downtown Joliet Restaurant McBrody's Closes Down

Another downtown Joliet restaurant closed this week, as McBrody’s shut its doors for good.

An employee of the popular Jefferson Street restaurant and bar said McBrody’s actually closed up Wednesday.

McBrody’s is the third downtown restaurant to close in 2014. It was preceded by the Department and the Red Goose.

While McBrody’s, the Department and the Red Goose went out, the Blue Taco on Chicago Street opened this year and a Venezuelan restaurant is also supposed to set up shop.
