Dwight Yoakam Books Rialto Square Theatre Event

The country music star has sold more than 25 million albums, Rialto marketing officials announced Friday.

JOLIET, IL - A big name country music star has booked an appearance in downtown Joliet at the Rialto Square Theatre on March 29. Marketing officials announced on Friday that Dwight Yoakam will be visiting Joliet for his Swimmin' Pools, Movie Stars tour. Tickets for Dwight Yoakam's show in Joliet will start going on sale a week from today, at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 19. There will be a wide range of ticket prices. The cheapest seats will sell for $45. Medium-priced seats are $65 and $89. The best seats in the house will be $125.

"In 2015, Yoakam released Second Hand Heart on Warner/Reprise records, the follow up to his critically-acclaimed album 3 Pears. He received the Artist of the Year award at the 2013 Americana Music Honors & Awards ceremony, the most prestigious award offered by the organization," the Rialto proclaimed.
