Elderly Illinois Man Dies In Wisconsin Crash
The 74-year-old died after his car left the road and overturned.
ASHLAND COUNTY, WI — An elderly Marseilles man died Sunday after his vehicle left the roadway and overturned in Ashland County, Wisconsin. Police responded to a one-car crash at around 7:51 p.m. Nov. 26 on County Highway N off of 4th Street near Butternut, Wisconsin. Deputies who arrived found a 2008 Chevrolet Aveo off the roadway in the brush, with a deceased male driver in the vehicle.
Police said the man was identified as Joseph H. Moustis, 74.
Ashland County Sheriff's investigators found that Moustis' vehicle failed to negotiate a curve in a 25 mph zone, traveled off the road and overturned.
