Ex-Joliet Man Accused Of Molesting Girl Now In Custody
Patch first reported about former Joliet resident Anthony Creasy last March.

JOLIET, IL - One year ago, Patch reported that a former Joliet man who had lived on Elizabeth Street was being detained in western Wisconsin on multiple counts of molesting including a case from Will County. That man, Anthony Scott Creasy, was also arrested by authorities in La Crosse County on a charge of sexual assault of a child in Wisconsin. On Sunday, Anthony Creasy was returned to Joliet. He was booked into the Will County Jail on a steep $5 million bail. He's charged with four Class X felony counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. Most recently, Creasy, 34, had lived in Coon Valley, WI, jail logs show.
A television station in Wisconsin reported last year that Creasy was accused of molesting two girls, one in Wisconsin and the other in Illinois. The station reported that in the Wisconsin case Creasy was accused of offering the girl gummy bears to entice her to perform oral sex.

Now that Creasy is in the hands of the Will County justice system, his case has been assigned to Courtroom 400 of Judge Daniel Kennedy. He has a pretrial hearing set for April 18. He will need to come up with $500,000 cash to post bond.
