
The ComEd Festival of Trees will return to the Joliet Rialto Square Theatre, 15 E. Van Buren St., Monday, Nov. 24, through Sunday, Nov. 30.
Festivities include a display of 60 decorated trees and wreaths up for bid and ready for delivery in time for Christmas, as well as special events throughout the week.

Holiday How-To Seminars: Get gift wrapping and decorating ideas from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25.
Festival of the Vines: 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25: Wine tasting in partnership with the Joliet Junior College Hospitality Management Program. Sip different styles of wine while browsing and bidding on beautiful trees and wreaths. Unlimited tastings; ages 21 and older only. The event will include light appetizers and a cash bar.
Salute to Our Heroes Day: Wednesday, Nov. 26. A day to pay tribute to firefighters, police officers and active-duty and retired military.
Joliet Area Community Hospice Lights of Love tree-lighting ceremony: 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26. Free with purchase of memorial ornament through the hospice.
Teddy Bear Brunch: 9:30 a.m. to noon Friday, Nov. 28: Create a special memory with a holiday brunch and special appearance from St. Nick himself. Children will be given a keepsake teddy bear to take home with them. Limited seating. Tickets are $22.50 for adults and $17.50 for kids ages 12 and younger.
Santa’s Hotline/Kids Holiday Craft Workshop: 2 to 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28. Kids can call Santa at the North Pole.
Family movie - “Rise of the Guardians” - 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28.
Caring for the Community Day: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29. A collection of toys, coats and non-perishable food items will go to area charities.
Holly Jolly Ladies’ Cocktail Party: 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29. Tickets are $35 for an afternoon of cocktails and festivities.
The Hit Men-Former Stars of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons: 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29. Tickets available through the box office.
