Final Nature Walk of the Year Sept. 10 at Hadley Valley

JOLIET, IL — The Forest Preserve District of Will County’s fifth and final “Reconnect with Nature Walk” of the year will take place from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 10, at Hadley Valley – Gougar Road Access, located on Gougar Road, north of Route 6. Run or walk 1 mile, 2 miles or 3.1 miles.

Small-business partners will be on site with activities or merchandise. Recycle your old athletic shoes at the event. Get a giveaway for each walk, or complete all five walks to get a larger prize. Registration is not required for the free, all-ages program.
