Fire Breaks Out In Joliet-Area Walmart Toy Aisle: Reports

JOLIET, IL — A fire broke out Thursday afternoon in a toy aisle at Walmart in Shorewood, according to multiple reports.

The Joliet Fire Department was called to the superstore at 1401 Route 59, where they found flames and smoke in a toy aisle, according to a report from WJOL.

The sprinkler system was activated to prevent the fire from spreading. No injuries were reported, according to Shaw Local.
