Food 4 Less Customer Faces Retail Theft Charges In Crest Hill
Crest Hill Police are looking for this Blue Island man. Do you know where he is?

JOLIET, IL - A bench warrant was issued last week at the Will County Courthouse for the arrest of 33-year-old Blue Island resident Timothy Brzezniak in connection with allegations that he was tampering with price tags as part of a retail theft at the Food 4 Less store in Crest Hill on June 20.
The criminal complaint was issued by the Crest Hill Police Department. The retail theft charge accuses Brzezniak of having transferred a price tag to a number of drinks that were available for sale at the Food 4 Less store at 1701 N. Larkin Ave.
The complaint also indicates that Brzezniak was convicted here in Will County of committing the crime of burglary back in 2005.
