Lincoln-Way Central's defense continued its hot streak with a 25-8 Homecoming victory Friday against Joliet West. 

The Knights have allowed a combined total of 15 points in their last three games (2-1). This win puts them at 3-3 overall and 2-2 in the Southwest Suburban Blue Conference. 

Joliet West falls to 2-4 and 1-3 in the same conference. Next up, the Tigers travel to Lockport for a 7:30 p.m. game Oct. 5.

The Knights' next game will be a huge challenge as they go to play undefeated district rival Lincoln-Way East at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 5.
