JOLIET, IL — We're excited to share the news that Fry the Coop is adding wings to the menu. The destination for Hot Chicken in Chicagoland, Fry the Coop has made its mark with a selection of chicken sandwiches, tenders, and nuggets -- but this is the first time the fast-casual chicken shop has served wings. The Joliet restaurant is located at 2611 West Jefferson Street.

Fry the Coop's Wings are double-fried naked chicken wings in 100 percent beef tallow and seasoned to your choice of heat level. Just Wings. Just Rub. Just Tallow. The wings come in three sizes: 10-piece ($14.99), 15-piece ($21.49), and 20-piece ($29.49). Wings became available for a limited time at all 10 Fry the Coop locations beginning Tuesday, February 17th.
