GEICO Insurance Opening On Jefferson Street

JOLIET, IL — Joliet Patch has written several stories this year about new restaurants opening along West Jefferson Street, but the latest business coming here doesn't have anything to do with food. It's a GEICO insurance office.

TheCaton Commercial Real Estate Group notified Patch that a new tenant has been found to fill the 2,000 square foot space previously used by LaBella Uniforms at 2617 West Jefferson St. The one-story brick building is directly behind the Potbelly, Mooyah and Chipotle restaurants.

Jake Cee is the GEICO Insurance agent who will run the new office in Joliet. He hopes to be open within the next two months, according to Caton Commercial.
