Grant Park Police Lieutenant Jailed For Having Sex With Niece: Cops
The police lieutenant was scheduled to appear in Will County bond court Wednesday.
A Grant Park police lieutenant was jailed Tuesday for allegedly having sex with his niece.
Stephen Nardi, 45, of Steger was charged with criminal sexual assault. He was scheduled to appear in Will County bond court Wednesday.
Nardi was booked into the Will County jail shortly before noon Tuesday.

Calls to the Grant Park Police Department and messages left with Police Chief Carl Frey were not immediately returned Tuesday.
Agents with the Illinois State Police investigated and arrested Nardi, who served as the Kankakee County town’s acting police chief in 2013.
