'Greatest Mom In The World' Is From Joliet

JOLIET, IL — Nikki Wheeler paid tribute to her mom, Genevieve Wheeler, calling her the "greatest mom in the world" as part of Patch's "Share Your Love For Mom" feature. Mother's Day is this Sunday, May 13.

Nikki shared this photo of herself and her mom taken in Las Vegas in July 2017 and had this to say:
