It was determined that the juvenile was a student at Joliet Central High School. Officers checked the high school; however, the juvenile ran away from the school, English noted.
A week later, around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, the Joliet Police detective assigned to Joliet Central High School learned that the juvenile was back at the school.
That detective and other Joliet officers made contact with the juvenile at the school, and he was placed into custody without incident, English added.
