Harolds Shrimp & Chicken Coming To Joliet's Downtown
It's another Joliet Patch exclusive you won't want to miss.

JOLIET, IL — Downtown Joliet's most prolific commercial real estate developer, John Bays, has landed another new business for the Catholic Charities building at the corner of North Ottawa and Cass Streets. Bays told Joliet Patch on Friday that Harolds Shrimp & Chicken will be opening a sit-down and carryout restaurant on part of the lower level of the building along North Ottawa.
Harolds Shrimp & Chicken should be ready to open in about 45 days, Bays told Patch.
Bays bought the property a couple years ago. The three-story brick building, mostly professional offices, includes several employees with the Will County Center for Economic Development, Illinois Marine Towing and Catholic Charities.

"Everything we do is fresh, all the food we cook. This food is cooked to order."
Anderson also mentioned he is now in the process of hiring several cooks and cashiers for his new Joliet restaurant.
